TTT. 063: (Bahir Dar, Gonder, Lalibela, Axum and Addis Ababa)

Day 01: Addis Ababa
Arrival mid night in Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, Our representative will welcome you at the airport and transfers you to your chosen hotel. Depend on time permits we will have a Half Day city tour.

Day 02: fly to bahir dar
Flight of an hour takes you to the city of Bahir Dar located by the shore of the biggest lake in the country. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel, have coffee break and Visit the Bahir Dar colorful market and Bezait Palace then Get back for let lunch and a good rest before you continue to the majestic blue Nile falls about 35km from the town. O/n hotel

Day 03: Bahir Dar Lake Tana Monastries
Am Boat trip on lake Tana to admire monasteries over its islands, as Ura kidane Mehret, Mahal Zegye Gyorgis & Narga Selassie. Reach afternoon Gorgora, on the opposite side of the lake; meet your vehicle/s and drive Gondar, crossing Amhara people villages.

Day 04: Drive to Gonder
Tour of Gondar(established as a capital in 1632) castles and churches: the castle compound, Fasiladas bath, Debre Birhan Selassie (Light of Trinity) with wonderful murals, Mentewab palace, Qusquam church, Falashia village, and more are the Historical attraction sights of the city ). o/n hotel

Day 05: fly to axum
and Visit the city including obelisks, ruins of queen Sheba’s palace 900 BC, inscriptions and churches especially st.mary of Zion where the original ark of the covenant is kept(as of the ledgened). o/n hotel.

Day 06: fly to lalibela
At the end 12c and the beginning of the 13 century, king lalibela built a series of rock hewn churches [ the new Jerusalem] as he called it. now acknowledged to be one of the wonder of the world Upon arrival you check in at your hotel and have lunch. P.m you will visit the first group of rock hewn churches. o/n hotel

Day 07: Second day of stay at Lalibela
In the morning visit the rest of the churches with bete Giyorgis possibly the most elgant of all the rock hewn churches, and Excursion out of the city of Lalibela to visit other Rock-hewn churches. o/n hotel

Day 08: fly back to Addis Ababa
Have rest of the day(Or have a City tour in Addis Ababa to the biggest open air market called Merkato and Shopping) , And take a rest in evenings, and or walking along the streets of Addis very advisable and great to meet local people. Over Night Hotel.

Day 09: Addis Ababa – Dire Dawa
Fly to the eastern city and very hospitable people of Dire Dawa, Have a City tour of this very nice city and afternoon after having Lunch we will drive to Harar, the walled City.

Day 10: Harar
Harar city is the fourth Islamic important town, walled with five gates. We will have a full day visit of this Historical City.

Day 11: Drive to Dire Dawa – Fly Back Addis
We will drive back to Dire dawa and fly back to Addis. And evening Dinner in one of the finest traditional Night club with live collection of Ethiopian Ethnics music and Dance.***** And Transfer to the airport for departure.
