Semien Mountains Trekking, Lalibela, Gonder and Addis

Day 1. Addis Ababa
Arrival at Addis Ababa. PM City tour. Depend on the time we got, we will try to have a city tour of Addis Ababa.

Day 2. Addis Ababa- Gonder
Fly Gondar, After a coffe break we will start our visit for Castles and the Churches of Gonder, such as Debre Birhan Silasie, and Quaquam Mariam, The Fassiledes Castle compound, and bath of king Fassiledes.

Day 3. Gonder-Debark-Sankaber
Drive to the Semien Mountains National Park to the entrance city of Debark, We will have a coffee stop then drive or start few hours trekking to our first camping site. Camping at Sankaber.

Day 4. Geech
Trek from Sankaber to Geech with spectacular view of the Semien Mountains and nature. O/N camp. At Geco (Nights is too cold around 7° below zero, so suggest to bring some coats that can make you warm)

Day 5. Geech
On our third day stay of the park, we will start trekking From Geech to mount Imetgogo, Kedadit and then back to Geech.

Day 6. Chenek
Trek from Geech Day 6. Chenekto Chenek.

Day 7. Ambico
Trek From Chenek to Ambico. We will admire the endemic wild animals of the park such as Walia Ibex and if we are lucky the Red Fox(Semien Fox), clip spring … Over Night Camping in Ambico.

Day 8. Ambico
On this day we will start trekking from Ambico to reach the highest mountain of Ethiopia, The Ras Dashen and return to Ambico for over night Camping.

Day 9. Arquaziye
Trek From Ambico to Arequaziye. Over night Camping at Arquaziye.

Day 10. Abergina
Trek From Arequziye to Abergina. On our way back we will also admire the very wonderful fauna, flora, birds such as Lamergier. Over night Camping .

Day 11. Michibi
Trek From Abergina to Michibi.

Day 12. Gonder
From Michibi to Debark. End of trekking. Meet the vehicles at Debark and drive back to Gondar. On our way back to Gonder we will visit the Felasha Village(The village of Ethiopian Jewish O/N Hotel.

Day 13. Gonder-Lalibela
Fly to Lalibela over dramatic highland scenery. Lalibela, Perched at an altitude of 2630 m, among wild craggy mountains and vast rocky escarpments, Lalibela is a strikingly singular town famed for its 12 th century rock-hewn churches.

Day 14. Lalibela
Lalibella Rock hewn churches.

Day 15. Addis Ababa
